The first time I came to Beijing was back in 1995. At that time Beijing was crowded, but not in the same way like it is now. In the 1990s, people in Beijing liked to ride bicycles everyday to work, I still remembered one day I was wandering around my hotel in Beijing, which was located near the center of the city, I was puzzled by the ringing bells behind me. The sound came from the bicycles people rode, when they tried to get past, they chose to ring the bell on the bicycle and give a alarming sound to the pedestrians. Gradually I was surrounded by the bicycles, it was 6 o’clock in the evening, people after work were eager to go home and have dinner. I may get past by over 1000 bicycles that day, and when I get back to my hotel, the ringing sound still existed in my mind.
The first variation would be the Low Loader featuring a Hydraulic folding Gooseneck. This variation folds its neck down forming a ramp which is used to load up the goods.
Why do a lot of people enjoy cruises? Getting on board a boat or ferry to go on cruises satisfies a primitive desire in humans to explore what is “out there.” In the beginning, people found out that there is water everywhere, and then later on, the evidence pops up that water makes up one-thirds of this planet. With that, the desire to cross the waters has been planted in our minds. I can only imagine the cheering and dancing and awe among the first people on board the world’s first successful VS Services by water.
What will it profit a Mr. A (and supposing you are), if he owns, to the exclusion of all other human beings, the air and all the world’s waters so that no man does anything with air or water except he (Mr. A) sells to those who can afford it (and think about how rich he would be) but loses his soul? What will it profit same Mr. A? Supposing he adds to that the ownership of all creatures in all of air, sea and land, and then all mineral belts and agricultural belts across the globe, so that, again, all men are practically at his mercy in these resources but yet loses his soul, it will yet profit him nothing.
And supposing our man (and remember we are assuming he could be you) even adds all the world’s industrial, commercial and tourist centers to all these and yet loses his soul, it will profit him nothing, as these are nothing compared to a lost soul. Let him add Fleet Street and all media houses between the two poles; Microsoft and anything computer in the globe; Google and all internet concerns wherever they are; Hollywood and the so-called entertainment industry continent by continent; Sheraton Group and the hospitality industry everywhere on earth; Johns Hopkins Hospital and all medical cum pharmaceutical outfits under the sun; Harvard and all education and research institutions from coast to coast, and yet loses his soul: What shall it profit him?
This is actually what has happened to you: ” And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath He quickened together with Him, HAVING FORGIVEN YOU ALL TRSSPASSES; blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to His Cross; And having spoiled principalities and powers, He made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it (Colossians 2: 13-15, caps are mine). You are free, free from all contrary powers and their works wherever they may be. You can now say: “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, Who loved me, and gave Himself for me” (Galatians 2: 20). Praise God!
What do you get from cruises that you don’t get from sightseeing tours or tours on a double decker bus? We always travel by foot or on land. Every single day in our ordinary lives, we’re on ground. We’re on board a boat or a ferry, we are not just experiencing something new or different, we see the trees or buildings from an outsider’s (outside of land’s) perspective, for a change. We hear the waters differently; we are kissed by a different breeze; we smell a different air. Things are different on cruises.
When you are bitten by bed bugs, you may see some raised red bumps which look pretty similar to mosquito or flea bites but they do not have a red spot in the center, they last longer, and they are also very itchy. Also some people may get skin infections and scars from scratching the bites.
