I sometimes get frustrated at the way some trainers use activities. In short, activities can be excellent, but you really need to know why you’re using them and what people are going to get from them.
Members can be invited to form groups, where each member has something common with the rest of the members. What should be taken care of is that they form groups according to their traits and what they know of their personalities. Passion, interests, hobbies, free-time Team bonding activities Singapore, favorite book, actor, sport star etc. could be considered.
The key is that people have to consider team building training activities and change as “Positive”. That’s the key! If they feel that it is good for them, then they will have a much more accepting attitude. The great thing is that it doesn’t have to have a long list of criteria to meet their goals of being positive. First Meeting. Have 3 people on each team( usually 3 men and 3 women on opposing teams). The objective is for each team of three to act in synch as one person. They are to meet the other team and each team is one person, they move together and talk together. Step by step and word by word each team member is looking for clues from one person ( usually a leader will emerge) on when to move, words to say etc. It is hilarious and teaches leadership ( if one person in each team doesn’t take control and lead the other two in words and movement- it is a mess), communications skills, teamwork.
